    Been using this conditioner for quite some time because it is really good. Problem is it is extremely expensive at most retailers. Was a little skeptical about this purchase because it was a really good price. However, my concerns were not warranted. Product was delivered in a prompt and timely fashion. It is the real deal and not a knockoff. It is also fresh and a full container!! Will definitely purchase this brand from this ebay seller again and again!!!

    Horrible experience. Item came opened and damaged from extremely poor packaging. The clay mask completely exploded. I asked for a refund immediately so I could purchase elsewhere. They insisted that I send the item back which was fine, but i sent 4 pictures as proof of the damaged item and explained that I wanted my money back immediately. I also explained that I did not have a working printer for the label and needed it sent in the mail. They failed to send it and emailed the label instead.
