Broken
I bought this as a present and on the whole it looks great accept the lever was broken therefore I can’t actually use it. The lever was clearly glued back on (unsuccessfully) as the residue is still on there so overall very disappointed. When I messaged them to tell them about my product the reply was rude, disrespectful and just appalling they questioned my candor and quite frankly I would advise purchasing products from anywhere else but here I am absolutely disgusted. I was appalled at the way they spoke to me their customer survive and products are awful.
