1960's Railway humour.

This is an engaging comedy series based upon the total modernization of British Railways undertaken in the 1960,s by their newly appointed Chairman, Dr Beeching. Sadly only two series were made and this collection has them all. Very much British tongue in cheek humour and it clearly illustrates the problems the railways faced in those days - overmanning and few passengers.
