My first negative experience on ebay. Unfortunately I haven't received the t-shirt, contacted the seller several times, but the communication was very poor. Asked for a tracking number, but haven't received it. Claimed refund via ebay customer service at the end, but wasn't refunded the full price I've paid. I would avoid this seller in the future

We had 2 bags stolen from the post office, we refunded the customer the only amount ebay would let us refund. In fact it was the correct amount as the buyer hadn't taken the promotion into account.
