10W 12V Portable Solar Panel Mono Module for Car Battery Charger Boat Cabin RV

Good quality panel
Good quality, rigid aluminium frame, plastic on the back, glass on the front. Everything including the junction box is sealed whith a stuff that looks and feels like a type of silicone. I have not tested if it is really watertight. I installed it vertically on a wooden wall of a shed using loops of wire through the back holes and screws to fix the wire to the wall. I am sure there is a better way of mounting them but this works good for me. I connected this 10W panel directly to an old 12V lead acid battery in parallel with another panel of about 8W. Even in Winter (December, January) it was more than enough power for charging my Smartphone, I used about 5Wh a day with a few sunny spellt the battery got fully charged. Maximum exposure on a sunny day in winter here is 4 hours. According to my tests 10W is correct. Some other panels listed on ebay have the same size and comparable output but are listed as 30W (my other 8W panel) or even more. This panel here has 10W, I can confirm that. Now in use for 2 Months and had no issues. Seems to be good quality.

Ok if using only little force
For the price (£4) it is ok. But if you need more force, choose another product. Compared to an 8 pound wrench that I already have this one is poor quality. It is not heavy duty. It looks like brittle cast iron instead of forged steel because it broke near the adjusting screw and the breaking area is greyish. The adjusting screw has a little play to left and right which is a little inconvenient. However if you do not need much force but a simple tool with a wide 24mm opening then you can give this cheap one a try.
