Fabulous product
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my autistic son who has severe anxiety, he struggles to go outside and I was concerned he wasn't getting enough vitamin D.
I noticed a marked improvement in his mood from the first day taking this spray.
Being a spray its absorbed quickly and goes straight to work. The taste is so mild, a light, sweet mint and very pleasant.
I highly recommend to anyone who has to spend a lot of time indoors, and needs to boost their immune system. vitamin D is so vital for immune health and mental wellbeing.
There's been a marked difference in my son, it's a win win. The extra vit D has lifted his mood, he's been more sociable and has been out of the house in the last few weeks since he began using this spray than he has in the last 2 years. He's even not needed his anxiety medication which made him feel nauseous.
Of course it hasn't miraculously cured his anxiety, but it has made a huge improvement.
