Use of a traditional Japanese thread to do old style sewing

I wanted to try this form of sewing. I tried with British cotton but wanted authentic thread. I feel this cotton helped me make my stitches fit thestyke better.

Trials with a bread maker

I used to have a different brand. Found instructions and recipes very complex because of varieties of flour. First loaf was awful. I added more yeast than recipe but still poor result. Second loaf I more than doubled the yeast. Success. Bread was excellent. I need practice and will keep notebook on results.
