Brilliant kitchen helper
I'm really enjoying this. It takes a bit of practice in setting the right temperature for sautee and the timing for the slow cooker (burnt my chicken in sautee mode the first time!).
Also, if you're aiming at using it as a slow cooker and sautee I'd recommend to buy separately its glass lid (not included), very helpful to check progress.
If used as a slow cooker, I'd recommend to use less liquid than the quantity indicated for a traditional slow cooker recipe, as the steam valve does not let evaporate water as much as a traditional slow cooker.
