  I purchased a vintage lamp from this seller, and it arrived completely shattered due to extremely poor packaging — just tossed in a box with minimal padding. To her credit, she initially said she'd issue a refund. But then the package was somehow lost in transit after I sent it back. That part wasn't her fault, but instead of working with me or being honest, she lied to my credit card company and claimed we had never communicated at all. Seriously?

  I have contacted the buyer immediately to ship the lamp back for a full refund.The picture with the damage buyer send me was nothing like I will packed fragile item like that. I have still accepted the return. I sell mostly very delicate, hard to ship items successfully. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE LAMP BACK.Also I have never contacted Buyers credit card company since Ebay is processing all payments and I have no idea how did the buyer pay for the purchase.I am being honest BUT ARE YOU ?BLOCKED!
