Amazing book for food growers and cooks alike.

An in-depth book about seasonal veg, to grow and how to cook. One of my favourite recipe books to read after harvesting my organic produce from the garden. To satisfy the curiosity and inspire cooking some amazing recipes. We should all thank Nigel Slater for this book.
