Excellent
This book is great for anyone struggling with alcohol, it gives great insight into what it does to the mind and body ,how it leads up to addiction, really makes you question if you really need alcohol in your life ,and another good point is it is written by a guy who has been there done that ,always the best teachers

For anyone who thinks they have a problem with alcohol this book is a good read ,makes you realise what alcohol is and makes you question do i really need it in my life
