  Seller did not list the item properly, it was "slim fit". Seller gave me a refund but did not refund the shipping costs. I never would have bought the item, had I known it was slim fit. Seller said she was gonna refund the shipping but never did. Probably just gonna file a dispute on my credit card at this point. Very disappointed. Nothing in the description or the pictures did it say slim fit.

  I refunded your money instantly and I refunded your shipping cost. If you did not recieve it, then you need to take that up with Ebay. If you would like to file a report for $9.50 then okay. It was an honest mistake and I have offered to send you anything you would like also. Have a good day!

  There was bit of a mix up with my order and another buyer's order. Seller was very sweet and apologized several times. I was refunded my money and seller even went as far to say they would send the necklace to me free of charge if and when they received it back from other buyer. Really appreciated the honesty and willingness to make it right by this seller. I would recommend this seller even though this particular transaction did not work out for anyone. It was an honest mistake.
