Fantastic for anxiety and cheap
1 of 1 found this helpful I was buying these for anxiety panics same price from chemist bit for only 14 capsules of tbe exact same dose. These work just as well and really help keep you calm and also great before bed for sleeping

Better than kalms for anxiety
4 of 4 found this helpful These are same as kalms which are more expensive do only 14 capsules for the exact same dosage! They really help with anxiety and sleep and they kick in within 30 mins. Would highly recommend
