  This is true. I am visually impaired and I made the mistake of not knowing that there are specific steps involved in a pick-up situation, where one needs to either take some sort of photo with a cell phone or type in a number somewhere after pick-up. Things like this are really difficult for me and I am unable to use a cell phone due to not being able to see much of anything on them. I did not realize that a pick-up was this involved. I felt badly when I had to cancel
