On the slightly frustrating note, I did not appreciate the persistent messages reminding me to leave you feedback, the first arriving before I'd even received the item. On receiving the first message I confirmed to you I'd leave feedback once the item arrived and had been checked. This should have been enough, but I still got another chaser. Perhaps tone this down slightly.
