    Item listed as new but it was used, in fact had the sellers account locked on the device which took a week and a lot of chasing to resolve. Scratches on the phone and only half a box provided. Opened return case and offered a partial refund and the other half of the box but neither have materialised. Very disappointed the seller has gone silent on me and had such a bad experience with them. Items should be listed honestly and problems rectified if they arise. Very poor on the sellers behalf.
