  Seller was slow to respond, and when there were issues with delivery repeatedly told me to figure it out myself. I have still not received the $1200 total package that I ordered. Ive been told multiple times by UPS that I can only change delivery settings via the seller. Ive been at home for every “missed” delivery, called UPS and called seller, super frustrating. Is not willing to help with shipping issues. Shipping experience was difficult, package not received, seller rude and unhelpful.

  I'd like to appeal this negative feedback as I had no control as to when you'd be home to accept the delivery. I' glad it all worked out after the miscommunication with UPS. Thanks for the understanding Steve
