Decent enough tho still not a patch on the original
Certainly better than city of Angels. Twist on the story as the hero is executed for murder. Of course he didn't do it so returns to avenge his dead love. Better actors too - Kirsten dunst and that tv reporter from Die hard. Bit silly that she doesn't recognise him at first being her sisters dead boyfriend but it filled an evening when tv was not showing much (most nights).

Ok for a rainy afternoon
Just a shadow of the first film with vengeance for a son. Even the villain was a pale imitation of the first film's baddie.

Stick with the first film
First film aways was good and bit of a cult following. Second was flat and sloppy storyline- supposed to be about surfer and to be honest that didn't go anywhere. Basically head vampire shags his sister and she saves her brother. Third film just silly.
