This book is an informative read.
This book held my interest while guiding me to a more complete understanding of all that did and did not go into the process of elevating Kavanaugh to the SCOTUS. Much information of value that I had not seen elsewhere.

It could grow on me
I purchased this book in order to check out its recipes. So far, I cannot really imagine making any of them. This is a judgment formed from a quick look over the book. The aim of addressing CAD through diet remains an appealing one. Perhaps this book may grow on me. I can hope.
