Everbuild Pvc-u Solvent Cleaner UPVC PVC Plastic 1 Litre window frame cleaner

Works well ... a powerful solvent

This stuff has a strong smell and you need gloves to use. But boy it cuts through grime and makes dull, stained UPVC frames shine white. Water-based cleaners simply can't do this. Dont touch the black beading with it as they quite literally dissolve.
