  Buyer is right about USPS on this. I tried to ship UPS (which I always do) but Ebay kept bouncing me back to USPS so I could not change. I got it to the post office at 8:45AM day after order. I have offered this buyer a refund if he wishes to ship it back to me.

  yes, and seller is a good seller, busted his butt to ship it quick, but as always, the good ol USPS stabbed him in the back for using them, took my money paid for 3-5 days shipping, not 2-3 weeks, but it is what it is, the USPS got this guy the neg, not the seller, not my fault I still don't have it either... did offer money back after I said it might be ,coming back to him, you are a good seller with great communication, and I hated to give the neg, maybe you can get removed,maybe not.
