Product good, Cust svc poor
I bought item several weeks ago, loved it, went to buy 2 more sets. Gave address where it was to go, but it took them 2 days to respond, too late will return, because I can't use it in Tampa, bought it for granddaughter in Birmingham. Too bad, because I love the product.

Nice phone
The phone, screen etc is very nice. Battery runs out fast, but I replaced it with a new one, and now it is great, works in Philadelphia just fine.
