I have been supplying parts to help people building and maintaining Penny Farthings for a few years now but sales on ebay have been slow. Forcing me to use Payoneer was the final straw to stop selling on ebay. The high fixed charges and low turnover on ebay would mean putting up prices significantly. It seems ebay is not interested in small niche businesses. For me it is just a hobby. Selling the rubber, the tensioning machine and spokes required buying minimum quantities so I had to start selling or have a lifetime supply of parts.
I have recovered my initial investment so these days it is just a public service to other hobbyists interested in Penny Farthings.
