Helps with stress and sleeping disorders
I do recommend this product as I have used it for almost couple of years by now, not in a row of course. I had very bad sleeping disorder in the end of 2015 and sleeping pills prescribed by my GP didn't help. I found a review about 5 HTP and as I was really desperate I decided to try. It took around 3-4 nights before I started to experience differences, but it really worked. I have also used it over stressful times. Ordered it recently as I have had a lot of stress in my life. Have been taking it for around a week and have noticed improvements in my mood.

A fascinating book
An absolutely fascinating book, highly recommended if you have lost your loved one or when you are just curious about is there something after death.
