An reaquaintance with an old friend. Quality at a reasonable price.
I have been taking financial exams again recently and remembered the first time I did them 25 years ago a friend lent me his calculator, it was a HP12c.
I passed them then, so I thought I would like an old friend on my side this time. As it happens I couldn`t use it in an exam at this level, but the study and tutorials for this calculator opened things up for me, and I got into the right frame of mind whilst revising and passed again. It is now a new hobby, finding out just how much it can do. I like the fact it is a bit retro, although it looks better on its age than I do. I love it now as I did then. I couldn`t afford one then, but now I have one all of my own!

Small, solid, tough, unobtrusive - perfect
Great little pen. Fits my Filofax. Seems robust and heavily engineered (so obviously designed and built to stand up to life in a rucksack with items chucked on top). Nice to write with in the short notes I write many times a day. Ideal for the purpose I purchased it for.

Good value, needs 2 people to erect it.
Fits neatly into a bag so can keep together with the rackets. Hard to erect on your own as you can’t hammer the poles into the lawn, due to the telescopic design. Pre make the holes. Get the net up and the poles braced with the guy ropes and it is great. Just the job for a soft lawn, pre make the holes for the poles if the ground is harder. But good if two erect it👍
