  seller accepted offer of £75 including postage. after I paid the agreed price with PayPal, then got a message saying he wanted an extra £15 to cover his charges or bank transfer!! I am sorry but it's not down to buyer to pay those fees. even if I bank transferred the money seller still has to pay the charges himself to use this platform plus he advertises PayPal as a method of payment. he then refunded the money back to me and cancelled what he already sold on the agreed price. unbelievable !!!
