Seems to be a pretty good phone to me and ideal if you want a cheap tough second phone for emergencies when you go climbing, kayaking and mountain biking.

Pinnacle PCTV DVB-T 250i digital TV Card
I am happy with this card as it works for much of the time and gives great picture quality. However, the software does not seem that stable and crashes sometimes, especially so when using the remote. This was not the case with the standard terestrial card that I replaced which never missed a beat. Overall then, not bad but I am not sure I would be so happy if I had paid full price for this item.
