Nice polka collection

Of course, I'm new to polkas so I don't know too much about what the average polka connoisseur likes - but I personally like this collection! I'm a Jimmy Sturr fan and haven't disliked anything he's done so far :) This CD has 4 instrumentals (Raisin' Cane, Accordion Magic, Diamond Fingers and Clarinet Polka). The Greatest Day In Baseball is kind of a Polish "who's who" - great for a baseball fan of Polish heritage. Yes, of course I'd recommend this for any polka fan - especially anyone (like me!) who loves Jimmy Sturr's style.

Great collection of his songs

What can I say? I'm a Bobby Vinton fan and this CD has his classic hits that we all love (Mr. Lonely, Blue on Blue, Roses Are Red, Blue Velvet, Sealed With a Kiss). It also includes some old favorites from the 60's (Georgy Girl, Born Free) and a humorous version of It's a Sin To Tell a Lie... This is sure to please any of Bobby's fans as well as anyone who enjoys music from the good ol' days.

Includes several of his hits and then some...

Great addition to any Bobby Vinton collection! It has the classic versions of songs we all associate with him (Blue Velvet, Roses Are Red, Melody of Love...); Mr. Lonely is the rarer version with the girls reading their letters to their relative in the military; and there are a couple of nice songs added in that I wasn't aware of. Definitely glad I bought it and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too! :)
