  The mug I received was a poorer quality than the one in the picture, the box had holes, rips and stains on all sides. The seller should be honest with item descriptions.

  That was certainly not how I sent it. I offered to send a label for it to be returned for a refund. However, the buyer wanted to keep the item but also wanted a refund of more than she had paid for it!
