When I requested postage of my order out of his usual free delivery area, he sent me a fair quotation and amended the listing to include the additional cost. Not bad, it is manufactured quite well, but I wouldn't spend too much money on it.
I have one of those yellow squashy balls that you use to strengthen your grip. I think that's almost as useful, just stuff it in your briefs.
So I'm not convinced that the truss belt is particularly good value.
The questions above are all yes/no, so don't blame me for giving stark answers that do not really mirror my thinking..
