  Shipping package kept it from FedEx destroying it, and those fools beat it up. Communication eith seller was positive. The item works perfectly. I didn't rate shipping because FedEx is a poor service to ship ground and lost my itme for 5 days, and beat the box to hell and back. The seller shipped on time.

  He sold one crampon out of two, while called item as a "new" with very unclear description. It's like selling one of shoe pair with a real price of half of new pair (it's just useless thing if you have two legs). Afterward I found out on previous review, that seller already done the same thing with same/similar item but other buyer. Unfortunately I had no time to deal with sending crampon back, so I just lost my time and money. Be aware with this seller.
