  I responded immediately with two messages, apologies, and proof of postage and tracking details which were on the listing anyway. I refunded immediately. The item is at buyers sorting office. Apparently Royal Mail had accepted parcel with wrong postage but sent it anyway. Not my fault. Annoying as obviously I would have paid excess and I appreciate it delayed things by a day. But to say I didn’t respond is untrue and I acted in good faith and refunded. My feedback as buyer/ seller is excellent.
