  Unfortunately the item I ordered from this seller wasn't new, it had been opened and clearly had a fingerprint on the top. They disputed this and although the item was not new as they had described it, they weren't prepared to offer a refund. eBay were excellent however, I can't fault their customer service and the situation was resolved by the issue of a refund.
