Not for us
Unfortunately my wife, who has Parkinson's, cannot make it work effectively. It is, perhaps, a bit too flimsy and therefore the two parts tend to touch each other and don't swivel very easily. However, if it was any harder, then it would be rather uncomfortable. Not a huge sum, so we will put it down to experience.
