Sealey Reverse Action Spark Plug Thread Chaser 14mm (138mm) (Motorcycle) - MS003

A useful, well-made tool!
This is a useful product and works well. It can be used without any fear that any swarf or dirt from the plug threads will fall into the combustion chamber. When this tool is used the waste matter is drawn out as the tool is wound out of the plug hole. It just about pays for itself in that you save on the cost of a new cylinder head gasket which would be needed if you removed the head to use a tap or similar thread chaser to clean up or repair the threads. I used it on a Stuart Turner marine two-stroke and it fixed the problem of the plugs not screwing up properly. All you need is a small adjustable spanner with which to wind out the tool.
Vintage Motorcycle Lodge CC14 Spark Plugs Guzzi Puch Villiers Engine Vespa HMW

The title is very good as it names the product accurately and specifies its main applications.
The spark plugs I bought are excellent vintage plugs, in great condition for new old stock items that are about 65 years old. I am very glad to have them as Lodge plugs are no longer manufactured. The fact that they were kept in the original manufacturer's protective wrapping has a lot to do with their present very useful condition.
