If you have an average to above average (not best) internet, get this game.
I might as well admit that I'm a Call of Duty fan. But the series I am especially fond of is the Black Ops series. The first one was fun and that's how I feel about the second one. I'll make this quick so you're not sitting here all day reading omega long reviews: The campaign mode changes it up by allowing you to select your weapons in the beginning of each chapter. Pretty nifty. But the story just isn't as compelling as the first Black Ops storyline. It's very linear, like MW3's campaign...but unlike MW3 it differs from it's predecessor. When playing a campaign mode you need to feel the characters and feel like you're a part of the story. This game just doesn't measure up to that feel like it's predecessor. Campaign: 6.5/10 The zombies mode is a LOT more difficult than zombies from Black Ops (speaking on default maps). I find it pretty hard to even find where weapons are and it takes a little while to kill off zombies after the 5th wave if you don't have a Ray Gun or an LMG. It's really fun with the more people you play with though (on Live of course, local only supports 2 characters). Has the same replay feel as the first zombies, and I only play when I'm with friends. Zombies: 8/10 Ahh yes, the multiplayer. There seems to be a very evident feature in the game called "lag compensation". This basically permits players with lower levels of connectivity to get the advantage on those with the best connectivity. It's not based on player stats at all. Here's a scenario: You have 4 bars and the other player has 3. You run into him multiple times and he seems to always best you when you both lock eyes on each other. You get the first shot over him but he puts you down in one-two shots. You may say, damn he's good...but when you watch the killcam...you haven't even sent one bullet his way, or maybe you sent three or four bullets. You ask yourself "how is this happening when I emptied my whole clip into him?" That's lag compensation. The lower signal always wins in this scenario. It's the same for hit registry as well. Even if you're right up against them the game may not register the hit if they have a lower signal. Honestly this is the GAYEST feature in the game... but the best way to prevent it is to set your search preferences to "BEST" instead of "ANY" or "NORMAL". But the functionality of class building is amazing! I love the scorestreak system (where you get killstreaks based on your score). It makes players focus more on the objectives rather than rushing and killing to get their scorestreaks. Weapon levels make for exciting experimentation and customization of classes is completely up to you. You want to run around with no perks and a powered up weapon? Do It! All perks and one main gun? Do IT! An overpowered class with an assault rifle and shotgun like in MW2? DO IT!!! (That's what I do). So my advice to you if you get the game: Set the preferences to Best Beware of campers (there's quite a bit of em) Play in parties. The game is a lot easier when you're playing with buddies that you can communicate with. Trust me, the other team will do it and 9 times out of 10 that's the team that wins. Multiplayer: 7.5/10

The game is fun at times, but gets annoying when you play try-hards
It's an alright game. Nothing to special about it. If anything, it's like an expansion of Modern Warfare 2. You may see a lot of people give the same review about this game but it's true! Campaign is pretty difficult, and survival mode is a nice addition to the Modern Warfare series. One thing I really love that this game introduces is the weapon level system and the killstreak packages you can pick. Very versatile. If you are a die hard Call of Duty fan, you should invest in this game. Otherwise, just buy an expansion to Modern Warfare 2.

Definitely worth a play through,
Man, words cannot describe how fun this game is. I'm not gonna break down every aspect of the game like most people would do if they were giving a full fledged review, but I will cover some of the things that a future buyer needs to know: The graphics are by far the best out of all the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games. Quite superb and very few times where you will notice a glitch problem as far as frame rate goes. I will say that when switching back and forth between languages the lip sync is off (happens a lot actually). Doesn't really retract from the experience unless you're VERY picky. Graphics: 8.5/10 The soundtracks are amazing. Soothing music that is not too noisy to where it becomes distracting. I love all of the soundtracks accompanied with this game. As far as sound effects goes. Music: 9/10 As far as combat goes, I approve of it greatly. It is still fast-paced and keeps your interset throughout the fight (whether fighting the computer or fighting online). There is an Ultimate Attack cinemac that plays during an ultimate attack if you land it and the opponent's life force is in death range (red instead of orange). It's a little harder to hit ultimates in this game from the predecessors but that's what makes it more challenging. There are minor technicalities about the gameplay that I have a problem with though. Unlike Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and Generations, they have limited the Melee combos from 4 combinations to 3 (I liked having 4 choices) and the tilt combos are more simplified. I can definitely do without the "We Have a Winner!" dialogue when a fight is over. It's quite annoying, especially when you're not the victor. It may sound pessimistic for me to say I'm used to seeing "You Lose" at the end of a fight, but they could pick something better than "We Have a Winner!". Really!? The campaign is AWESOME though!! I love all the boss fights and how well they connect the story throughout (Except for the ending). If you've been keeping up with the Manga you will not be too happy with the ending (I won't spoil it for you)...but they had to come up with something to not spoil everything for people that don't read the Manga. Also...I always expect there to be vibes whenever you land an attack jutsu of ANY kind. Espeically Ultimates! But there's no vibes!! So disappointing! Gameplay: 7/10 The multiplayer can feel really unbalanced, especially since people that play online are freaking GOOD. They play patient. My fair warning to anyone that will play online...DO NOT ABUSE YOUR SUBS OR CHAKRA! You will regret it. It makes for healthy competition though! And there aren't any major issues with button lag. Multiplayer: 8.5/10 Overall, 8/10 It would've got a 9 if they kept all those sick ass combinations and put some vibes into the game so you really feel the impact of the attacks. I also recommend waiting for the title they release when the Manga is finally finished. It's sure to have overpowered characters in it.
