Difficult to use

Problem: The product has two inter-changeable heads (one for washing and one or wiping) but only one 'pole'. This makes it difficult to use if up a tall ladder. After washing, climb down the ladder change heads and then climb back up again - OR - change heads whilst up then ladder (not a good idea from a H&S point of view)
