Only a few minor flaws but excellent battery life and great value for money
I needed a watch that would cover me for a 24hr event as my trusty Garmin Forerunner 620 just did not have the battery to last that long. I certainly got that with the Runsense 710. It managed 24hrs and 30 mins and was still showing 40% battery at the end. All this on 1 sec GPS accuracy - there was no need to lower this in order to preserve power like you have to with many other watches.
It has a great Goal feature too where you can set a time or distance goal and the watch will keep you informed as to what distance or time you might achieve as you go along. The pace tracking feature is pretty cool too.
It's not as light as my Garmin but I can't say I noticed that much when using it. It's very neat and has a stylish look to it - it's not at all chunky and would look great used as just an ordinary watch.
There are a few flaws. Whilst you can change some settings from the watch itself you need to use a computer or phone to change things like data screens. I didn't find that a problem though as it's something I tend to set up once and then leave as it is.
The Runsense web site, for storing and tracking your workouts, is quite poor. Again, not an issue for me as I will only use this watch on very long runs and after uploading I can download the gpx file and easily upload it to Strava. This all worked fine.
The data screens are clear enough but not as good as the Garmin, particularly when there are 3 items on the screen at once.
All in all though I am really impressed with the watch. It worked perfectly for what I wanted to do and the price is excellent. I know people with £500 Suunto and Garmin watches that can't get a 24hr race into a single workout at full GPS accuracy.
I wouldn't use it as my day-to-day watch until they get it to automatically sync to Strava but for one-off races it's not a problem.

Absolute god send
Bought this for my teenage daughter - she loves it. Given she is of that age where spots are hard to avoid this is a total life saver. Really gets them under control quickly.
