  Seller took no responsibility for poorly packaging a heavy x3 LP album which then became badly damaged in transit as no corrugated cardboard used. Messaged seller with photos first but blamed me for everything (inc them not reading my Note To Seller before it was posted) and then declined partial refund. Raised an ebay dispute showing photos and also screenshots of *nasty* messages that followed and was given immediate full refund.

  First of all it was me who contacted ebay to step in as it was Royal Mail who damaged the paper cover, I posted it in perfect condition. vinyl was sold cheap and pre owned for £15. Ebay refunded you from their money as I was not found at fault. You kept the item with minor cosmetic damage for free yet you chose to leave negative feedback. I sold 100s of items way more expensive with no problems.
