Powakaddy FX/CT Series Umbrella Holder. Black

Clamp does not fully release the holder

The umbrella clamping screw when fully released still allows a certain amount of friction between the two clamping surfaces. This will cause the teeth to become worn and likely to prevent adequate clamping after time
