Trolley perfect but items missing and screws poor quality
Trolley came with screws missing. Overall quality of product is acceptable for the price but ruined by missing pieces and poor quality screws. One of the screws snapped in half when trying to tighten it. Company was quick to send replacement screws for those missing but sizes sent weren't suitable and ended up with blisters on hands trying to make them tighten. It's a real shame but overall I think the problems outweigh the item itself so wouldn't purchase again.

Glass shattered when I tried to remove old wax
The glass on this looks OK on receipt but the bottom is weak once warmed and on trying to pop out my wax the glass shattered in my hand with very little force. Poor quality.

Impractical for indoors
This water feature splashes too much to be used effectively indoors. We tried to turn the fountain down but it was no possible as the clip was missing from our item. We bought 2 of these and sent oen to a relative and theirs has the clip but is ineffective anyway. Its nice to look at but impractical as an indoor water feature due to the mess.
