No complaints thus far.
The last one of these bags I purchased way outlasted any other type i'd purchased both before and since. When I buy something it's for a purpose and a backpacks purpose is to carry things, in my case it carries pretty heavy things (up to 50kg +) on a regular basis. My last Trek Buddy lasted me a good couple of years and is still usable, just some stretched/frayed seams and hopefully this one will be equally as dependable.

Good quality
Good product, delivered on time, my only gripe (if any) would be that its not actually large more medium. Well worth the money.
