  Frame arrived safely today. Well packaged and clearly labelled for construction, which we were grateful for. Excited to start using it. Giving positive feedback due to the satisfaction with the loom. It’s perfect. However, very disappointed with the shipping. Item was listed as Parcelforce 48, but sent Evri. Delay in item being collected, followed by a week’s wait for delivery; took 13 days from purchase to delivery. It should have been shipped, as listed: PF48, as paid for and expected.
