  Seller did not cover enough for postage when posting item so I had to pay an additional amount to receive from Royal Mail. Informed seller of additional amount but did not receive the full additional amount paid back as a refund. Seller implied the refund given was as agreed by EBay. Not happy that I have had to pay more after a bid has ended. This is the first time this has happened for me. You trust when the bid has ended the seller ensures they cover the correct amount when posting!

  Extremely sorry that you feel this way! Your response a tad dramatised! Despite a refund on agreed postage you still wanted more! Unfortunately 2 items posted had issues both resolved but you were the only one left wanting more.. even though the item purchased was less that 90% of the retail price, once again sincere apologies, I respect your negative feedback! Future buyers/sellers; please do take into condition my 100% positive unquestionable feedback. Without prejudice to anyone
