    This is how it arrived! Doesn’t look much like the photos in the listing! Took a week to arrive. It wasn’t sent Royal Mail 24 as shown in the listing. Not good!

    The listing clearly stated the lamp shade was damaged but the toucan was in excellent condition. Parcel arrived within ebays guidelines
