wonderful film of the book
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the film after my daughter read the book with her granddad. Her second language is English so it was a challenge to read, and with the film to accompany it her English is improving. The excitement was intense when she and her younger sister watched it. Being just 8, she loved it, and after a short time watching it began joining in, was able to retel the story in English and wants to watch it again. The way the special effects were included was just right for her, although her sister of 5 found parts very scary. It is a perfect film for those who have read the book first, especially those with English as a second language.

cult kids classic cartoons (DVD)
Bought the dvd to give my daughters an insight into the wonderful cartoons which were about when I was younger. They had seen a clip from Danger Mouse ont the television and loved it. This has an episode from Danger Mouse, which they love. Alse included are: Rainbow, Chorlton and the Wheelies, Count Duckula, Button Moon and Jamie and the Magic Torch. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relive their childhood memories, and to show to their children.

Bob the Builder Live
I bought this dvd for the girls, especially the youngest two. They had never seen anything like it before as there are no shows or pantomimes here in the Netherlands remotely like it. For them it is something special and they love it. The music was good and the girls interacted with the story.
