A truly heavy duty version of the field pencil which sets the standard.
The Original 1.3mm leads are longer than the commercial leads typically sold for Pilot, Pentel, Zebra etc which fits the 1 at a time loading of the matching pencils. Being relatively unbreakable compare to the lighter weights, working on field drawings, and carpentry adds to the longer lasting life of the refill. I've tried .9 pencils, and the 1.3 RITR with these leads exceeds in many respects.

Easy and quick to use - done right.
To program your car to receive the signal from the tire sensor you must activate the learning program in your vehicle. Instructions are in the Owner's manual - they are comprehensive and thorough. Once the car - this was a Buick - signals with a double honk it's in learn mode you aim the sensor at the TIRE SIDEWALL above the stem and HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN until it honks. Move around the car in the specific circle your manual tells you, at the last tire it will double honk again and its done.
How you use it is more important than anything, you must aim it correctly and hold down until a response, in the order your make and model requires, when it's in learn mode. It's not rocket surgery, but, it is "computer" and it has to be done in sequence their way. Took me about two minutes, the stem replacements took me about 4 hours by hand on my own human powered tire bead breaker. Overall, I saved about $125 rather than having a tire dealer do it.

Eco Drive perpetual calendar movements are the superior "feature" watch compared to "dumb" divers.
This is a great example of the Citizen BL5295-55E perpetual calendar chronograph. Very little wear, clean crystal, in great shape. Watch fans really don't know what they are missing in the era of Citizen feature watches, as they are more than capable of a lot of things. This watch also includes a power saving mode which is fun to see - after a minute in the dark when it senses no light on the solar cell, it stops the second hand, moving only the minute and hour. After a few days, it ceases updating the display at all, with only the internal clock operating. When light hits the solar again - it updates! to the correct time, hands cycling. With this enabled, you can get another 90 days of reserve power - for a total of 270 if stored out of the light. Would that my "dumb" dive watches could do that, and self correct when you retrieve them from their box. Constant stem corrections for watches are it's primary enemy, and how owners unwittingly destroy good timepieces. Not This Watch, tho, as not only does it never need correcting, it keeps all but the leap day in 2100 in memory, the months correct, and so far, is only running about 2 SECONDS a month fast. That means once set - you don't need to ever use the stem to fix the time.
As if you could, this watch has no direct connection, the stem is a menu selector and its the push buttons that control forward or backward movement of the hands. Which is how the stop watch, alternate time, and alarm all function. Not by twisting a gear train thru spiraling cycles of wear gnashing their teeth. Hence - "feature": watch, not "dumb watch. This isn't your old dial telephone any more than it is some old timey stem wound pocket watch.
The lack of any regard by the watch buying (and flipping) market makes these a bargain ifor resale purchasers who are wise to what is really going on, and not wrapped in in wrist status which concentrates on 60 year old mechanicals. My gain their loss, much less I don't need to service one of these for the first 20 years of it's life, as the track record of Eco Drives is proving to be a longer lasting and truly more heirloom quality device which actually can be handed down.
