The best appetite suppressant
2 of 2 found this helpful I was dubious but being on a zero carb Ketogenic diet my body craved snacks between meals......NOT A CHANCE WITH THESE BEAUTIES! I did not stick to the conventional method that the pamflet advised, morning meal is a very filling oatmeal so my main cravings happen about 14.00 after lunch. A small fruity snack went down with 2 tabs and 2 tabs just as I turned the lights off for bed to stop evening snacking.
Down from 20stone to 15.5 in 6 months!! These really work and I used to eat allot being an ex body builder.

Excellent! Easy to install.
My oven fused my kitchen out one morning and after consulting a professional i descuided to take his advice and DIY it. The replacment came within 2 days and I unscrewed the inside back grate, extracted the old element. Easy, the hardest part was putting the back grate back on.
