Solid pre workout
There are no proprietary blends in this, so exactly the amount of what it contains is on the label. It has 3 g of citulline malate, about half a clinical dose. 2 g beta alanine. And 750 mg agmatine sulfate. It also has 1.5 g of creatine hcl which is the best creatine in my opinion. And lastly it boasts 300 mg of caffeine anhydrous, just the right amount (again my opinion). I get good energy, and great pumps using this. I can definetly notice a difference between using this and nothing at all. The only pre workout I like better than this is pre jym. I have used just about all the major label pre workouts and this is my second favorite. If you can get this for about 30 dollars or less it's a deal.
