Makes your best pizza even better
1 of 1 found this helpful I was a little skeptical as to how much difference a different kind of flour could make but was delighted with the result! I substituted 1 cup of my regular all purpose flour with the 00 flour and my dough was so much stronger and easier to work with. It stretches without ripping! I couldn't be happier with this as I make super thin crust pizzas and this flour made it easy to do.
